Influencerbit captures instagram usernames and get their social insights. That's the first step and here's a guide on it.

That's simple! What's really interesting is that we pass this data to your marketing & Support tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Gorgias, Yotpo, etc.

Let's discuss the use case for each of them -

1. Email tools like Klaviyo

We add social details to your customers in Klaviyo and send "Mentioned You" events whenever any user mentions / tags / adds story for your brand on Instagram.

With this we send these instagram insights to Klaviyo where you can create custom flows to entice these influencers to post about you based on how many Instagram followers they have and giving them specific discounts / rewards based on how influencial they are.

Not only that, whenever the user mentions you on instagram, we will pass this event to Klaviyo where you can create flows based on this mention event. Send them a thank you mail or specific discount code or rewards based on how influencial they are.

Some flows:


  • Follower count from 0 - 500 = 10% discount if they mention / tag

  • Follower count from 500 - 2500 = 20% discount if they mention / tag

  • Follower count from 2500 - 10000 = 30% discount if they mention / tag

  • Follower count from 10000 - 25000 = 40% discount if they mention / tag


  • 50% off coupon code or $50 off if they mention 3 times in 45 days

2. Reward when they mention / post a story about you with Yotpo Loyalty

We have our integration with Yotpo Loyalty where you can create custom mention events and assign rewards to it. When the user mentions / posts a story tagging your connected brand, we will add reward points to the specific user.

3. Support tools like Gorgias

Gorgias is one of the most common E-commerce support app. We add a widget which shows the social stats of the user thus helping the support executive with the social influence of the customer. You can also use this for creating a new ticket whenever you are mentioned on Instagram and the support person can thank the person for their mention.
